Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my studio room as I will be leaving Southampton.

• Location: 14 Cumberland Place, Southampton (city centre)
• Rent: £265per week (all bills & WiFi included)
• Room type: Private studio (own kitchen & bathroom)
• Available from: 23 May
• Contract until: 11 July (short-term stay)

The studio is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and a private kitchen and bathroom. The accommodation is in a great city centre location, close to the university, shops, and public transport.

Perfect for students looking for a short-term stay for exams or summer.

Tenancy takeover will be arranged through the accommodation reception.
