It is a great home in a quiet close located off Northlands Road, centrally located in the city. It is walking distance to Southampton Central train station, local bus stops, Southampton Common and the city centre. On road parking and free visitor parking in the close.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all to use and includes the very useful dishwasher!

The house communal areas are professionally cleaned twice a month included in the rent.

It's a 3-bedroom town house with double room for single occupant becoming available. Relaxed vibe in the house with space to do our own thing.
