We have one double room left available in our professional house share, just a short distance from Southampton Central Station, the city centre and Southampton General Hospital.

The house is shared by working professionals and is kept clean, comfortable and well maintained.
We arrange for a cleaner to attend the communal areas every two weeks, and all bills are included- including full fibre WiFi.

The available room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, a communal lounge and dining area, full fibre broadband, and two shared bathrooms.

We’re hands-on landlords and take pride in looking after the property and responding quickly if any issues arise. We’re looking for someone who will enjoy living in a respectful and friendly household.
