Flexible student let

Hi! I’m a student who has this flat secured from July 1st 2026 until 30th June 2027. I’m looking for a subtenant for the warmer months —specifically until the end of October, and then February until the end of June—as I plan to reserve the flat for my own use during the winter (November to February). However, if you are reading this and are interested in renting for the entire or most of the tenancy period, please still reach out because I am happy to be flexible.

This could be a great fit for an exchange student, someone on a short-term placement, or anyone between flats who needs a place for a few months.

I’d ideally like someone clean, considerate, and easy to live with - basically someone with a fairly normal routine who respects the space.
