Lovely housemate wanted

We are one mature student and one professional looking for a female/male mature professional/student to fill one of our double bed-rooms in our three bed-room house. We are sociable but respecting of each others peace and quiet, we love cooking and chillin in the garden, and looking forward to having someone around who can fit this warm and chilled atmosphere. The house is situated in a central location, 10 min walk from either city-centre or Southampton Uni. The house and the room on offer are fully furnished. There is a beautiful garden outside, and inside we have a large living+dining room, a warm and spacious kitchen, and a sunny good sized shower/bathroom. We also have broadband internet.
