I am subletting my room while I am abroad for the summer break. The room itself will be cleared out and ready for you.

❗️ Important Notes
- Students Only: This house is strictly for students, perfect for summer school or pre-sessional courses!
- Tenancy Period: The room is available now until 30th August 2026. A week's prior notice is required as it is subject to landlord's approval.
- Deposit/Bills: No deposit required as I am happy to cover with my existing deposit. Bills are estimated to be £50 per month per person, including gas, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi.
- Storage: The bedroom storage unit will be unavailable as it is reserved for the incoming September tenant.

📍 Location
- Highfield Campus: Just a 12-minute walk away.
- Public Transport: A 4-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, giving you easy access to lines U6C, U6H, 2, and N2.

🏠 House Facilities
- Laundry: Full access to a washing machine, tumble dryer, and drying racks.
- Bathrooms: Two bathrooms in the property, a main bathroom downstairs (with a bath and shower) and a convenient separate toilet upstairs.

👥 Housemates
During the summer, you will be sharing the house with two friendly male students. Both are studying Mechanical Engineering.
