Room Available: Polygon Area (From 1st August)

We are looking for a friendly, social flatmate to join our spacious home in the Polygon, available from 1st August! The location is ideal we’re just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants.
​Rent: £475 per month (paid on the 1st to Clear Lettings).
​Bills: Roughly £100 – £130 each month (split equally, covers Gas, Electricity, WiFi, Council Tax, and Water).
​Parking info: We only have one car between us, so there is one more parking space available at the flat if you drive!
