* Dining table suitable for dining, working or studying
* Some personal furniture will be removed, leaving extra space if you’d like to bring some of your own belongings
* Central Southampton location, close to shops, cafés, restaurants, public transport and city-centre amenities
* No allocated private parking; resident & long term parking permits is available through Southampton City Council

Both professionals and students are welcome. I’m looking for someone friendly, clean, reliable and respectful, with long-term stays preferred.
