Comfortable furnished room - Uni term time only

I would like a lovely student lodger to share my house with, my son’s going to uni now. Bills included. Parking spot available. Close to bus stops and General Hospital. The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed (I can provide sheets and pillows), shelves, bedside cupboard, wardrobe and TV with Amazon firestick. We would share the other rooms of the house. I’m also happy to share the office desk space if you need it. There will be a cupboard in the kitchen and space in the fridge for you. There is a small courtyard garden with table and chairs and a hammock, outside rotary drying line. There’s a separate lounge and the dining room is in the conservatory. Please note that I would need you to vacate the room during university holidays as my son may need to come and stay.
