Furnished double room in quiet waterside flat

I have a double room available in my flat, situated in a small development in a quiet cul-de-sac next to Weston Shore in Southampton. Room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and desk.

You will have the main bathroom to yourself a lot of the time as I have an en-suite.

There is Sky+ HD in the living room as well as wireless broadband and a kitchen with the usual amenities (washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave).

I'm a 29 year old accountant working in Southampton. Ideally looking for a similar quiet professional person (male or female) on a Monday to Friday or seven days a week basis. I work pretty long hours during the week so looking for someone fairly chilled out and like minded.

The flat is approx. 10 mins drive from the city centre over the Itchen Bridge and on a main bus route into town. Five minutes drive from the M27 Junction 8 if motorway access is needed.

£450pcm full time or £400 Mon to Fri only.
