Two professionals looking for third person (Male or Female) to join us in a three bedroom house share in a quiet residential area. Space to fit car on drive way, well presented garden with plenty of room for summer BBQ's, large fully equipped living room, modern kitchen, downstairs WC as well as upstairs bathroom with bath/shower facilities.

The room available is furnished with double bed frame & triple wardrobe; we will provide a mattress if you want - will leave to you to decide; you might wish for a specific mattress of your own. Room dimensions are 2. 3m x 3. 9m.

We are both relaxed, easy going and sociable but would respect your own time and personal space as well. Between us we have a wide variety of hobbies and interests.

The monthly rent will be £375 inc bills. The property benefits from high speed wifi, good travel links to Southampton/Bournemouth and good access to local amenities. All we ask is you keep communal areas clean & tidy and are up for a bit of banter!
