I have a bright double room available in a beautiful Victorian semi-detatched house in the Regents Park / Shirley area of Southampton. It's about a 10 minute bus ride/cycle to town. Excellent location in a nice quiet road with loads of on-street parking with no need for a permit. Everything you need is walking distance, pubs, shirley high street, the chippy, restaurants, dentist, doctors, corner shop etc.. all a stones throw away. There's even a lovely park at the end of the road too! It has amazing links for the motorway and bus routes and there's a Tesco and Sainsbury's supermarket 2 minutes walk away.

It's a 4 Bedroom semi-detatched house with a communal lounge, superbly fitted out modern kitchen, conservatory which gets sunlight all day long, a lovely long garden complete with decking area, gas BBQ, pond, apple tree and even a hammock when the weather's nice!!

So a little about me: I'm a young professional working in the media in Southampton City Centre. I enjoy going out, socialising, going to festivals, gigs etc.. I'm easy going, open minded, enjoy a good conversation and want to live with like minded individuals. basically we're not interested in living with hermits(!) There's currently one other guy (in his early 30s who works in accountancy) and 2 other girls (in their mid to late 20s - one a teacher and one a physio) living here but one girl is moving out so a girl would be good to balance it out but girls and guys welcome!
