Single room in spacious 4 bed house

I have a very clean and tidy house and would like to keep it this way! I am looking for a like mined professional, quite person to share my house. There is a lovely warm and quite single room at the back of the house. I have a beautiful large kitchen, wet room and bathroom. There is also a lovely sunny garden. I am looking for a professional person who will fit in and is quite. I'm not looking for a party person who wants to bring people back to the house. The house is very well located close to the shops and a gym. There is a regular bus service into town which only takes 10 mins.
