Flatmate wanted in the Dell

Hello,

I am looking for a flatmate to move in from the 3rd of July 2012, I have no preference as to whether they are male or female.
The room is very spacious and has it's own bathroom but not en suite.
We would share a large kitchen and living room, but a lot of furniture is already here so wouldn't need to buy anything for shared facilities.
