Double room up for grabs

Three of us live in this individual home. Two of us have professional jobs(one in finance and one in logistics)and the other is studying for a masters. We are looking for either a young professional or a current postgrad student to move in with us. The house is a converted 3bed family home with a kitchen/ living space as well as a summer house in the garden used as a second living space. The room on offer is the master bedroom has a double bed desk and built in wardrobes. the house has two shower rooms and toilets between the four of us. The house has talktalk internet and gas heating, there is plenty of street parking. Each month we split the bills equally between us.
