Great flat available to rent. The flat is in a quiet but central block (just off the Avenue). I am looking for someone who is laid back, easy to get along with, respects other people's property, and is clean and tidy. Not looking for someone who burns the candle at both ends 7 nights a week.

The bedroom has a fixed arial and tv, double walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & chair, and a double bed. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with gadgets and cooking equipment. Front room has digital and the wireless broadband is very fast.
