Large, bright double room in central Southampton

Large, bright double room available in central Southampton – SHORT TERM LET ONLY. Friendly, three girl household looking for a clean, tidy dog lover to join our house for a short-term 3 month let. The room is very spacious, and UNFURNISHED. NO DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE, but the house is right next to West Quay so we are ideally located for public transport. The property is a large, three storey town house, so there is plenty of room for us to relax with one another, or have our own space. We are ideally looking for a professional/mature student, but we can be flexible. I have a bouncy, very friendly dog, but she is generally either with me, out of the way on the top floor of the house, or we are both away out of town at my partners house. It is really important to us to have an animal lover join us, as the pup is a big part of the household. The rent includes all bills, including broadband.
