Hi, I'm Steve and I live in an annexe separately from my house. The house itself is really well positioned within a very short distance of the arterial Portsmouth Road which offers easy connections to either the town centre or the motorway, bus stops to the city are a minutes walk away and Sholing railway station is just a few minutes walk away. The house itself is centrally heated and double glazed and is fresh, clean and tidy with TV points in every room and a large, well fitted communal kitchen which is of course fitted with all appliances such as a washing machine, cooker, microwave, large fridge freezers and TV. Free Wifi is of course supplied. The garden is accessible to all with a large patio, it overlooks a wood and storage is available for a push bike or personal effects, the barbecue is often used by us all. I have a double room becoming available around the end of March which has been painted and redecorated with new carpets. I recently refitted the bathroom with a large double shower, double basins and a complete do up, which the new tenant would share with only one other professional person. We are a friendly bunch and whilst we don't live in each others pockets we often get together for a takeaway or cooking session. I'm an easy going landlord and don't access the house on a daily basis as I have my own entrance. We are all professional people and I am looking for someone in similar circumstances, happy to share a warm friendly home.
