Room in friendly, quiet and considerate houseshare

I am looking for a kind and considerate housemate to share with my two quiet tenants who are very friendly and helpful. There are two rooms to choose from, one upstairs and furnished, and one downstairs and unfurnished. The house is quiet and light and is a modern house in Bitterne. The rooms are both doubles, full of light so are perfect for studying or reading. The house is ideal for cat lovers as there are two adorable cats which are the tenants. There is a shared reception room downstairs to enjoy and a large kitchen and bathroom. Also there is a south-facing garden and patio. There is parking available on the road which is free.

Well located for good transport links into the centre of town and access to M27 for professionals. Rent includes bills, except broadband which is shared between the housemates themselves and arranged by the tenants for the houseshare.
