All furniture is as pictured and in excellent condition: the double-size divan bed has luxury orthopaedic mattress and two large drawers, there is a triple-door wardrobe with additional drawers, a desk with drawers and a small rack, and two bedside tables, also each with three drawers. The room has en-suite with shower. There is a mid-size flat-screen TV, which can be used as a monitor for a laptop too.

The shared kitchen area is well fitted with enough of cupboard space, a washing/dryer machine, and with a separate large fridge/freezer which will be solely for lodger's own use.

The property has unlimited high-speed internet connection and Wi-Fi (included in the price).

The apartment is top-floor (third floor) and there is a lift, the property benefits from a large but narrow balcony. There is a locked bike space.

Minimum stay is 3 months. There is no limit for a maximum stay.

Bills, TV Licence and internet are included (council tax is not -- currently for 2024 this is £45, Band B). NO AGENCY FEES AND NO VETTING FEES EITHER, AND NO ADMIN CHARGES! Forget about the need to phone your agent or call your landlord on the phone to explain about the faulty shower.

I am a private live-in landlord, friendly and courteous, who keeps the flat clean and tidy to a high standard, and all appliances and utilities in always perfect working order. So you will never need to wait for a shower to be fixed or have to "book a maintenance job" with some disinterested agent in an office (who can send a carpenter to fix the said shower or a plumber to look at a faulty microwave).
