The shared kitchen area is well fitted with enough of cupboard space, a washing/dryer machine, and with a separate large fridge/freezer which will be solely for lodger's own use.

The apartment is top-floor (third floor) and there is a lift, the property benefits from a large but narrow balcony. There is a locked bike space.
