A spacious double room, located on the 1st floor at the rear of the house. Its available to rent for 3 months over summer, July-September. The room comes fully furnished. The house has 2 shower-bathrooms and a newly renovated well-sized kitchen. The kitchen comes with all utensils provided. There is a shared living room and a large garden with a shed at the back that can be used for bike storage.
The house is located in Highfield and is a 5 minute walk away from both Sainsburys/Portswood high-street and the University of Southampton. The nearest train station is 10 minutes away and there are bus stops just off the road linking you to town.
I currently live in the house with 4 other students (1 male and 3 females). Over the summer period, my room and 2 of the others will be available to rent and one of the girls will be working here over summer.
Broadband is available, an bills are not included and can be sorted out with whomever is living in the property at the time.
