Female House Mate Wanted for July 2013

a 6 bed student house on coventry road, southampton. Everyone is at Solent University, all girls are friendly and bubbly.

we have two bathrooms one upstairs one down.

We would like a female student.

Our house is modern and large, the landlord is very reliable and has made lots of improvements in our house, and is always happy to fix things very quickly.

All the bedrooms are double and are spacious, all have TV ariel points.

we have space for two cars and receive day permits.

sadly i have to move out, only because i am at a placement and wish to be closer to where i am working and also to live with others on my course.

the bills are split between 6 of us and vary month to month depending on the weather.

we have double glazing in every room available.

we have a garden and a shed.
