Hi there, I never thought I'd see the day I'd have to do this;

A space in a house of 6 mechanical engineers, all really really top lads; brilliant location just on Welbeck Avenue round the corner from uni. The house is all in good nick with a good garden and bike shed, the landlords seem lovely and the rooms are a really good size with double beds.

Rent is 82 a week, if you want any more info don't hesitate to ask!
