Double Room in shared house

Double room in a house in about one minute's walk from the highfield campus. The room overlooks the large back garden and has a double bed, desk, built-in wardrobe and a few sets of drawers.

The House has a large lounge with free access to a 30Mb virgin broadband and lovefilm on the smart tv in the lounge.

Utilities £30 per month on top of the rent.

There is secure bike storage in the garden shed and on street parking is available with a £30/year permit from the council.

The other two rooms in the house have two guys in their thirties. Myself (landlord) an ex-student who works with young people and an academic. We are friendly and easy going enjoying sport, music and films. We're happy to meet just about anybody but would prefer a postgrad or young professional, I am willing to consider undergrads but not keen to share with someone living the party lifestyle.
