Double room in an ocean village apartment

Double room soon available in a large two bed riverside ocean village apartment with a parking space. It has a large patio looking over the itchen river/solent. Two minute walk from top bar/restraunts. I like to be tidy/clean and want to keep the place at its best. I like to have friends round but also want to chill out at times. Im looking for someone with the same profile as me so we can both get along and enjoy our living space. Best start would be to meet for a drink and see if it could work for both of us.
