Great flatmate wanted!

Unfortunately my flatmate is moving back to South Africa, so I need a good replacement!
About the room: a good size, with a double bed, bedside table & built in wardrobes. You may not need anything else, but there is space to bring anything you might have already. You'll have your own decent bathroom. The lounge is sparsely furnished (sofa & table/chairs) as there was a mix up when we moved in (just a week ago). But I'm hoping to accumulate some useful things in the coming weeks. Again, space to BYO.

About you: I am really easygoing/sociable so would like to share with someone similar - along with being respectful, tidy etc etc. I'm pretty busy with work (actually I will be away for a month from the 18th June so you will have the place to yourself for that time!) and living life, so someone equally busy would be great. That said, I do like to chill out and share the odd glass of wine/beer/dinner/film/night out - so someone who is also up for that is very welcome!

There is a secure car park space if you need, and the flat is right opposite the bus stop, with free buses to the central train station. We are a short walk from Oxford St/city centre/Ocean Village, so it's a great location to be.

Unfortunately there are agency fees/credit checks/references needed as it is a managed property, so please don't contact me unless you can fulfill this!
