Double Room Newly Decorated House

We are looking for a house mate to join our friendly home. Our amazing house was only completely redecorated in September, with all new windows, doors and fittings. It also has a new kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. A new bathroom was fitted too! The room it self was also redecorated with new carpets and curtains. The house is very modern with a homely feel. We are looking for a friendly person and don't mind who you are, we are all very open and interesting people! We will all be in our 3rd year of university so have passed the partying stages, although we can have a good night out when we want to!
