The living room has a sofa and dining table and the kitchen also comes with a kitchen table plus all the necessary appliances (Refrigerator, oven etc), as well as a washing machine and microwave.

Despite being furnished there is still a lot of space in the property for those bringing many belongings. There is also quiet and private on-road parking.

Situated right next to the Avenue, it is 20 minutes walk to Southampton University and within 5 minutes walk to numerous bus stops.

The room is available to rent as I am moving to join some returning friends, with no disrespect to my current working flatmate who is lovely, considerate and clean and I would highly recommend him!

Currently the contract is until 1st September, however it is possible to renew the contract with the landlord for another 12 months.
