Double room available to rent within a 2 bed apartment on Briton street, 5 minutes walk from town and Oxford street, close to station and bus routes (and several takeaways and pubs!) the flat is furnished by me but the bedroom that will be available will be unfurnished. It has it's own private bathroom and obviously access to the whole flat, I'm looking to find a housemate not a stranger who hides in their room 24/7! I'm 26 and a teacher and just enjoy normal things, going out, travelling, cooking and baking etc, would be great to find a similarly sociable person! The building has a lift (thankfully) and also a free gym for residents. The flat has a large lounge area and dining area then a good modern kitchen. Also has a balcony and access to an outside courtyard. The flat has all the usual things ie dishwasher, washing machine, tv, sky, broadband and the price listed £525 includes all bills.
As the flat is rented out by an agency whoever moves in would need to pay a referencing fee and a small charge to be added to the contract, roughly £300 for a 6 month contract.
