I have a spacious double room to let in my nice, quiet home. The room comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and tv socket. All the furniture is good quality and in excellent condition.

The house is well maintained and has a nice little garden. It is close to Southampton University and is in a great location for either mature students or professionals that work in either Southampton or Eastleigh.

It is very near the M27 junction and easy access into city center. It is also on the uni-link and there is a train station a couple of minutes walk away. Please note the price includes ALL bills including broadband.
