All 3 current tenants are looking for a new flatmate to join us in a new tenancy agreement which will come into effect on the 1st July 2014. There will be a 2nd year Southampton Student and 2 Masters Southampton Students. But we are currently living with a Solent Student and would have no preference regarding this as all are welcome.
