We are two current tenants looking for a further two occupants (ideally working professionals) from August 2014. We have a good relationship with the landlord, having been with him for 2 years. The property has been recently renovated, with new floors, double glazing, and a large garden. Both bedrooms are large with double beds, and are fully furnished. The property is close to the Airport and motorway, with good public transport links into town. Off-road parking is available. Bills and utilities not included.
