We have all mod cons, wifi, washing machine, microwave. And a garden that is very much a blank canvas if gardening is your thing!

I have a small, very friendly terrier, and 3 equally friendly small children. So it is not the quietest of houses the hour before school. But don't let that put you off as with clubs, ponies etc etc... we are out the house 80% of the time and they love there weekend lay ins.

I would consider couples but that would be a higher rent of about £25pw
