Large room in townhouse near city centre

We are looking for someone to join us in our house for at least the next 6months.
We are looking for someone who is sociable and easy to get on with and with English as their first language.

You will be replacing me, sharing with three professionals.

The house is located between Ocean Village and the Town Centre, and both are easy to walk to.
The house has a decent sized kitchen and open plan living room which opens into a courtyard.
Your room is on the middle floor with access to a shared bathroom (only shared with two of the three).

The room is bright, with a window and it is a decent size. I currently have a double bed, chest of drawers, armchair and a big wardrobe, and there is still floor space. If it makes things easier you can purchase any of the furniture to stay in the room, but that can be arranged separately.
We are looking for someone to move in for the start of November.

Included in the rent are all your bills (gas, electric, water, broadband and sky).
