We are Hannah and Chloe and we have two rooms to rent in the house we currently live in as our current housemates are leaving the area.
The house is located near Highfield in Southampton and has 4 double bedrooms, a living room, garden, parking availability and is fully furnished. Rent is £300 a month and bills/council tax are an additional £50-£75 (375 max total).
We're looking for two young professionals to join us between 1st July 2014 - 30th June 2015. We enjoy communal cooking, socialising, going to the cinema and to the gym :)
