We are a mature married couple with a furnished double bedroom to rent in a lovely bungalow which is clean and tidy throughout . There is a shared lounge and kitchen. Quiet residential area close to bus routes about 3 miles from Southampton. We have 2 very friendly small dogs well but they will not have access to your room . We are seeking a respectful person who can provide references , and dont allow smoking in the house but you can in garden. Sadly no Benefits due to previous experience.
