Cozy Double Bedroom Available for ONE MONTH

Room available from Friday, 22 August till the end of September (when the contract finishes). The room is very spacious, has a double bed, and has a window facing the garden. The room includes a desk, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. There is one restroom with a tub and shower. The kitchen is very clean, has an electric stove, two refrigerators, and a big wooden kitchen table with accompanying chairs. The housemates include a professional watchmaker and three students attending the University of Southampton (one Undergraduate, two Postgraduates). As for the bills, they waver between £100 and £150 per month per person. The house is near Bedford Place, just a 7 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and a 10 minute walk from Southampton Central Train Station. We look forward to hearing from anyone who is interested.
