Double Room for Rent in Modern New Build Property

I recently bought a new build 2 bed semi-detached house. I'm looking for somebody to rent a room ASAP, to replace my friend who just left for Australia....

The room available to rent is a double room which basically comes with it's own bathroom as the main bedroom has an ensuite. There's a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers in there currently.

The rest of the house comprises a downstairs bathroom, decent sized and light kitchen, with lots of appliances. A large living and dining room with a decent TV, sound system and Virgin Media.

As for me - I'm a keen cyclist, both mountain and road. Generally enjoy anything to do with fitness or the outdoors and always willing to try something new. I also like a drink or two at the weekends and enjoy cooking too. Quite often I'm away at the weekends, so 1-2 weekends a month you're likely to have the house to yourself.

I'm really looking for a lodger I'm likely to get on with, who potentially shares similar interests. I'm easy going and also respect peoples space, but I'd also like whoever takes the room to treat the house as their home.
