Cosy double Room in Friendly House

I have a double room available to rent in Bitterne, Southampton until 12/01/15. (around 2 months.)
It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The rent is 370 per month which includes all bills (council tax, gas, elec, water) and use of the broadband. Looking for a respectful and tidy housemate and happy to consider mon-fri lets at a reduced rent, but sorry no DSS or people with cats and dogs.
The room is available from 2/11/14.

I own the house with my fiancee and we both work full time. We have two pet birds and look after a family dog a few days a week so whoever moves in must be ok with pets.
