The flat is part of a new development in a very nice area (Archers Rd). It was brand new in September 2013. Central location, spacious lounge and kitchen.

The price for each room is now 550 pcm, including all bills.

Both rooms are now available, one from 13 Sept and the other from 20 Sept. Only one of the rooms comes with a parking space (the flat only has one space).

Both rooms are medium-sized double rooms furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table. One of the rooms also has a desk and chair. One has its own ensuite with shower, toilet and sink. The tenant of the other room has exclusive use of a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink, located across the hall from the bedroom. The photos of the master room and its ensuite were taken before the previous tenant moved in, when the flat was still unfurnished.

The flat is 5 minutes’ walk from the bars, restaurants and shops of Bedford Place / London Rd, but still quiet.

The flat is extremely well insulated and when I was living there I rarely needed to use the central heating.

If you have a partner, please note that you will have to divide your time equally between the flat and their place, as otherwise the other tenant will effectively be sharing with two people.

The new tenants must be clean and tidy and do their shares of the housework (e. g. emptying the kitchen bin, hoovering, washing up etc.).

The new tenants must be non-smokers.
