Current tenants are extremely friendly, soon to be second year, Solent students.
Three very committed fitness freaks (two boys and one girl) and two boy computer geniuses.
Everyone in the house is from a variety of backgrounds.
Course subjects being studied include: fitness studies, Computer programing and Psychology.

New flat mate must take on contract from previous tenant who had had to unfortunately leave university.
Contract was from 01/07/14 - 01/07/15 but first two months have been paid.
