Double Room 5 min from U. Southampton - short let

I’m going abroad for three months and I’m looking for a nice and friendly person to stay in my room. It will be available from October to December 2014. Starting day is flexible.
This is a large and bright double on the ground floor of a huge house 4 minutes walk from the University of Southampton. There are 4 other flatmates in the house, but you will share the bathroom with only one of them. The big and bright kitchen is fully fitted with all the usual plus washing machine. There is a spacious living room with television (SKY included) and a very nice conservatory to chill out. We have broadband wireless internet, and there is a bike shed on the street level back of the house. The area is quiet but very well connected, a bus stop just in front of the street. Various amenities are available on the nearby Portswood area and plenty of shops (one large Sainsbury's within 5 mins walk). The current flatmates (4 guys) are all post-grad students.
Rent is £350 pcm + bills of about £25.
