Student House in Southampton!

For personal reasons I've had to leave my university in Southampton to move closer to home, it's nothing to do with the house or flatmates, but as a result we're looking for a new tenant.
It's a 5 bedroom house with 4 double bedrooms and one single (spare bedroom), off street parking in a driveway, large newly fitted kitchen and living/dining area and an outhouse/laundry room/ pantry. The house has one bathroom and 2 toilets. Close to both Southampton Solent and university of Southampton. Conveniently located near Bedford place useful and clubbing and shopping locations, so no late night taxis needed. 5 minute walk from Southampton Central train station, West Quay shopping centre and an Asda superstore.
