Double bedroom with en suite bathroom to rent from 1st November. The flat is beautiful, modern and quiet and is in an ideal location. It is just 10 minutes walk to the University of Southampton and just 5 minutes walk to Portswood High Street and the big Sainsburys. You would be sharing with one other (lovely!) female professional. Ideally, the current tenant is looking to share with another professional (or postgraduate/mature student is acceptable). She is very friendly, tidy, and clean.

The double room contains a king size bed. There is also a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The en suite bathroom contains a shower, sink and toilet. The flat is on the ground floor with the added bonus of doors opening on to a patio and garden. A good sized kitchen, white goods all provided. There is a parking space (& bike storage room) available for your use, if required.

Bills are not included and come to approximately £150 pcm including water, electricity, gas, and broadband.
