This is accommodation for a student that wished to attend the Southampton solent university or the University of Southampton. The accommodation is situated half a mile away from Southampton Solent University and is also close to the popular Oceana night club. This accommodation is very modern and you will be sharing your accommodation with very friendly people. All inclusive rent – internet access, utility bills and insurance included
£125. 00 per week equivalent (but cannot pay weekly/monthly)
£200 deposit required before moving in

Rent is payable in full before moving in if the student is international
If the student can provide a UK guarantor they can pay in 3 instalments
Monthly rent payments are not possible
Please advertise that the room has an en-suite bathroom
Please advertise that there is a shared kitchen and lounge between 4-6 people
