Small double room in a shared house

Welcome to my listing for a small double room (£360 including all bills) available the beginning of June in the quiet area of Mansbridge (very close to transport links to Central Southampton, Eastleigh and the surrounding area via public transport or motorway). The house is a 2 minute walk from the bus stop to Southampton centre, Eastleigh or Highfield campus (buses come every 20 minutes). There is also a train station within 3 minutes walk of the house. Portswood is about a 25 minute walk or 5 minute car journey but there are also buses which come every 20 minutes.

The room itself has is a small double with a double wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. There is a T. V. aerial point (no T. V. is supplied!), bedside cabinet and a small double bed with mattress comes with the room.

All bills are included - there is nothing extra to pay.

The property is a furnished terraced house with a large garden with a patio, two bathrooms, a lovely new kitchen and a large lounge. It has all been renovated in the last year so everything is new and to an extremely high standard. There is a shed in the back garden suitable to put a bike in. As it is a small close, it is quiet and not a through way for traffic and there is plenty of parking in the close.
