Double room in well presented house

I am looking for someone to share my lovely two bedroom house. Ideally after a friendly lodger who is sociable and clean and tidy.

In return you will get a nice double room in a well presented house, a weekly cleaner, unlimited broadband, sky and two very friendly cats! Nice cottage style garden with patio, a real sun trap in the summer. There is a shed for storage if you have bike too.

Location wise, the house is a 5 minute drive into the centre of Southampton, 5 minute drive to the motorway and a two minute walk to St. Deny's train station.
