I have a double room available to rent in my brand new flat. The room will be furnished and have pretty much sole use of the main bathroom as I have an en-suite.

The flat has an open plan kitchen/living room with a corner balcony overlooking the marina. The building has a communal garden and a concierge. There will soon be a gym available only to residents of Admirals Quay. It's a 10 minute walk from Oxford street, and less than one minute to Pitcher & Piano or Tesco Express.

The cost includes all bills including unlimited broadband and Sky+HD. Regrettably I can't offer parking, but there are secure bike storage facilities within the building or a multi-story car park in Ocean Village where you can buy permits. It takes less than half an hour to walk to the city centre.

I work shifts so you will have some time to yourself in the flat. I'm looking for a clean and conscientious flatmate.
