Have to be a student preferably at Southampton or Southampton Solent university as it is student accommodation. Smoking area down stairs, laundry facilities down stairs (I have a card with 10+ credit for wash and tumble dry.
There is a corner shop two minutes away. Fairly close to the gym, Tesco, roughly about 10-20 minute walk from the main shopping mall and CLUBS & PUBS :).
Pay in 3 installments, not monthly or weekly. Must pay first rent installment before moving in if you have a UK guarantor. Have to pay the deposit before moving in. Need a guarantor.
