Lovely quiet room in good location

One single room fully furnished and available now. Use of bathroom and kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. Private lounge. Wireless broadband, tv if required(everyone seems to bring their own tv's now) On main bus routes buses every 8 minutes or so from just across the road.
Walking distance from hospital approx 10 minutes.
Large sunny south facing garden.
We do have two cats though so if you have allergies this is not the house for you.
Only a few rules if you use it clean it! Nothing worse than coming home from work to find the kitchen a mess! Do not hog the
bathroom for 40 minutes in the mornings....:-)
I have had long term lodgers for nine years now and have we have always respected each others privacy. This is a nice quiet
house ideal for studying but definitely not a party house.
